The core high voltage reactor is mainly used for series connection between 6kV~35kV power system and high-voltage capacitor bank. It can effectively inhibit and absorb higher harmonics, limit switching inrush current and operation over-voltage, protect capacitor bank, improve the system voltage waveform, and improve the power factor of power grid.

? The cores are high-quality low-loss cold-rolled orientation silicon steel sheet, and after punching and shearing by high-speed presses, have the advantages of small burr, regular homogeneity, and tidy and beautiful laminate, thereby supporting low temperature rise and low noise during operation of the reactor.
? The coil is in type of epoxy casting. The coil inside and outside are reinforced with epoxy glass mesh cloth, and casted with grade F epoxy casting system under vacuum state. The coil has excellent insulation properties, and also mechanical strength to withstand large current impact and thermal shock without cracking.
? The epoxy cast coil has advantages of not absorbing water, low partial discharge, and capable of safe operation under harsh environment.
? The upper and lower ends of coil are used with epoxy pad and silicone rubber shock pad, thereby effectively reducing the shock during coil operation.
? Altitude of not more than 2,000m (when higher than 200m, please note when ordering)
? Operating temperature of -25℃~+45℃, and relative humidity of not more than 90%
? The surroundings must be free of any harmful gases or flammable and explosive materials.
? The surroundings must be well vented.
